Benefits of Quitting Weed



I have experiened so many benefits of quitting weed that i wonder why i didn’t do it sooner.
To start with i feel like i can breathe easily. I don’t think i realised cos i was just in it, but smoking 2-4 joints a day, with tobacco also, really did effect my lung capacity. Once i quit smoking weed, i started regular exercise and as time has gone on, feel that i have regained my big lung capacity and have cleared out my lungs, which i am sure took a beating over the years.

Another benefit from quitting weed is my level of motivation. I am amazed that i achieved so much during those years of being addicted to pot.
Now that i quit smoking weed, i feel like i have all the world of opportunity open to me again – its indescribable!
